Refund & Cancellation Policy* Fees paid are generally **non-refundable**, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.* Refund requests, if applicable under special circumstances, must be made in writing within the specified period mentioned in the program policy.* Administrative or processing charges may be deducted from any approved refund.* Once course materials, recordings, or access credentials are shared, refunds will not be entertained.

Course Content & Intellectual PropertyAll content including:* Videos* PDFs* Notes* Worksheets* Recordings* Branding materialare the intellectual property of National IAS Academy.You may not:* Copy* Distribute* Share* Record* Sell* Upload* Modifyany part of the content without written permission.Violation may lead to legal action and immediate termination of access.
8. User ConductYou agree:* Not to misuse the platform* Not to disturb sessions or communities* Not to spread false, abusive, or harmful content* Not to share login credentialsAny misconduct can result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.
